We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Professional for our South Orange County office. This position offers a base salary, an uncapped commission plan, Quarterly bonuses, monthly contests, a protected industry territory, on the job mentoring and training, a state of the art CRM and all the tools and products you need to be successful. Due to our growth, we are looking for competitive sales professionals that want to strive for more and make a 6 figure income.
Our Account Executives call on Fortune 1000 Companies, build and develop strong lasting relationships with the Sales Managers, Human Resources Managers, Recruiters and other decision makers involved in the hiring process. This is a residual business selling environment, where new business is continuously prospected and compensated generously while continuously selling additional services to clients within your book of business.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving and growing total revenue sales in assigned industry territory.
Achieves thorough account penetration and develops new target accounts.
Responsible for complete territory analysis and planning to ensure revenue goals are achieved
Develops and manages key customer relationships.
Serves existing and prospective customers by discovering customer needs and requirements and by meeting or exceeding their expectations.
Conducts sales presentations for new and existing customers as necessary.
Continuously works with customers to monitor event performance and needs.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate sales records. Input data and information into CRM database.
As necessary, performs other duties as required.

Knowledge and
Experience:

years previous sales experience required
Inside Sales experience preferred, not required
Knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, PP) required
Knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, spelling, vocabulary and of generally accepted office practices, procedures and equipment
Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, faxes, multi-line phones, etc.)
Saleforce (CRM) experience preferred

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training and/or experience
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
Strong attention to details
Ability to represent the Company at professional and business functions in a competent manner
Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to maintain a professional image

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
