Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

This position is PART TIME for Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Check-in and check-out clients and patients efficiently.
- Verify and update client information in our database.
- Process payments and maintain financial records.
- Relay messages to veterinary staff and assist in coordinating patient care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Provide clients with educational materials and resources.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively and work as part as a team.
- Experience with Cornerstone is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion for animals and their owners.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a plus but not required.
