Our ideal candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and be the on-site representative of Shift Digital.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct office visitors Assist in onboarding new employees Coordinate office maintenance Coordinate tech support and office equipment Assist in coordinating office social functions Pick up and deliver mail Order food and office supplies Schedule Executive travel and assist with expense reports Assist with all other office duties and special projects What We Require:
Ability to thrive and multi-task in a busy environment Ability to perform duties with little or no supervision Professionalism with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with visitors and co-workers Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) At Shift, many factors are taken into account when determining a reasonable compensation range for any given role.

skill set, location, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and business/organizational needs.
The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only.
While we do provide an estimated hourly range, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top range for their role.
A reasonable estimate for this role is:
$25.
92 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
