IT Support Specialist /Break Fix - Part TimeEmployment Type:

Laguna Beach, CA (On-Site)In this position, you will be responsible for handling circuits to the end user and supporting laptop repairs, focusing on Client laptops, including motherboard, hard drive, and screen replacements.
This role offers a part-time employment arrangement, requiring 16 flexible hours per month, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and other commitments.

PC Hardware/Software troubleshooting parts replacements and installationBasic understanding of PC functionality.
Tech will assist customers and install device security, McAfee, and Crowdstrike.
Knowledge of email - Lotus Notes is used.
Understand the automation process of security updates but be knowledgeable in installing Mcafee and Crowdstrike manually in case of the network is not unavailable.
Configure laptop devices as required.
Networking and Wireless knowledge.
Cell phone support, assist a customer in configuring phone using MaaS360 and HCL Verse.
Basic network printer and print knowledgeTroubleshoot and solve tough technology problemsResolve technical IT issues for clients via phone, or remote supportAccurately track customer issues, their resolutionsThorough knowledge of PCs, Servers, hardware, software, and peripherals as well as a superior understanding of networking technologies, concepts, and protocols.
Basic network printer and print knowledgeSecondary duties may include remotely supporting other locations as neededRequirements:
