Working with us in this role, you may be responsible for:
Design 3D modeling Rendering Producing presentation graphics and client presentations Assisting in preparation of construction drawings/documents, sets Attending and participating in meetings Work with senior designers on a collaborative teamRequirements:
A professional undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited program in landscape architecture, planning, or urban designThe ideal candidate has:
0-3 years professional experience in a design office Strong design skillsStrong graphics and 3D modeling skills Strong problem solving, critical thinking skills, analysis Attention to detail and organization Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Effective time management skills Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative; self-motivation Ability to take direction Positive attitude Sense of accountability Experience from a previous internship Technical understanding or landscape architecture site development elementsBasic knowledge of plant materials Proficiency in:
AutoCAD 2018+Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Microsoft Office3D modeling in Rhino &/or SketchUpRevit Additional experience with the following is desirable:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
