52 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago High End Luxury Real Estate Agent & Broker seeking part-time Assistant to join team and handle fast paced daily operations.
Knowledge is preferred of CAR Contracts (Listing Agreements), Disclosures, familiarity with processes for Leases, Sales, and Escrows.
Daily tasks include working with Showing Time, Docusign, CRMLS, Supra and other industry related platforms.
In addition to Real Estate knowledge, ideal candidate will have administrative level knowledge and experience with appointment setting/Google calendar maintenance and high volume email processing.
Experience with high end clients and luxury homes.
Assistant will need to have ability to take directions on the phone and successfully execute tasks under time sensitive parameters.
Must present themselves professionally and have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment with other licensed and unlicensed assistants and Realtor members of staff.
Office is based in Laguna Beach.
Must work SATURDAY SUNDAY.
1 to 2 years in OFFICE / REAL ESTATE environment preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:
Schedule showing appointments (coordinate with agents and owners, input in internal logs and designated portals) MLS input, CMAs, Property search for Buyers and valuation analysis for sellers Manage, schedule Open House Calendar, Coordinate with marketing department Keep all showing appointments in Showing Time and follow up with agents for feedback Assist TC with transactions as needed Perform Agent Visual inspections, Tenant Move-in, Move-out inspections, Final walk throughs) Compile CMA packages per broker's set standards Research Comparables and report back findings about value to Broker/Agent Meet vendors, clients or tenants for property inspections/repairs/Estimates Answer high volume multiple lines.
Arrange for conference calls.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
REAL ESTATE LICENSE A PLUS but not necessary Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Prior experience with Administrative related work Intermediate computer skills, good typing skills a must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy and focus despite interruptions Ability to work independently and as a team member; while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate both informally and formally Demonstrated ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and work with limited supervision Training will be provided.
